Energetic, outgoing, detail-oriented, motivated person desired for our salaried, team leader (TL) position in our well-established, top quality, non-medical home care company. The person we hire will be an STNA who is the primary supervisor for the direct care staff and will be responsible for assisting to recruit, interview, hire and train caregivers. The TL will be on-call, be the back-up staff if no other staff can be found to fill the shift and needs to be super organized in order to do an exemplary job at scheduling. Our TL will also go out and conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality assurance checks on all shifts and with the clients to ensure our service is the absolute best we can offer. Since we offer services for seniors, people with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s, new moms, people recovering from surgeries and illnesses, etcetera, a candidate with a variety of experience is most desirable!
